If you need to withdraw or change your course, please review our policy guidelines to ensure your request is processed within the required timeframe.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your request is submitted at least 10 business days before the course commencement date to be eligible for a full refund or credit.
Submit Formal Request
Log in to your student portal and complete the 'Course Withdrawal or Transfer' form, providing your enrollment ID and reasons for the change.
Application Assessment
Our administrative team will review your application against our terms and conditions, typically providing a response via email within 3 to 5 business days.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, or a credit note will be issued for use toward future RMIT Short Courses.
