When will I receive my course login credentials?

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated email with your student portal login details within 15 minutes. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible payment options through PayPal and corporate invoicing for business enrollments.

Can I request a refund if I change my mind?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 10% of the course modules. Refund requests submitted after this period or once a certificate has been issued will not be eligible.

Are the short courses recognized by industry bodies?

Our courses are designed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure high quality and relevance. Upon completion, you will receive a digital credential from RMIT that can be shared on LinkedIn and your professional resume.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Most of our short courses provide 12 months of unlimited access from the date of enrollment, allowing you to learn at your own pace and revisit the content whenever you need a refresher.

Is there any technical support available if I get stuck?

Yes, our dedicated student support team is available via email and live chat from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to assist with any technical issues or navigation difficulties.
